Getting Tattooed at Heart & Arrow
it is illegal to tattoo under 18s, sorry but its the law. If we think you look under 18 don’t be offended if we ask you for photographic I.D.-Just take it as a compliment.
If you would like to book with us you can contact us either through Facebook or email. To secure a booking we require a deposit. The amount of deposit is dependent upon the length of the sitting booked. You can pay a deposit in a number of ways, PayPal, Bank transfer or cash, details will be given upon request.
As we have heaps of designs to do, we only do designs for customers who have left a deposit & booked in. The design will be done around a week prior to the the date of your sitting. We will contact you regarding this. If you do have any designs, references or ideas that you like and that can help us out send them over asap. It will enable us to create the perfect custom tattoo for you.
On the days leading up your tattoo we would be grateful if you could read and bear in mind the following.
Before your appointment please make sure that you are well rested, have eaten and please bring a sugary drink with you. These tips can keep your blood sugar level up and can help you sit as well as possible.
Also please make sure that the area you are getting tattooed is easily accessible with loose clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit of ink on.
We will protect you with tissue the best we can but sometimes ink can stain clothing.
Tattoo Deposit Information
- We require a deposit for every tattoo booking. Unfortunately we are unable to hold dates for longer than 24 hours without a deposit, so please be aware that we will require one to secure your appointment.
- Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We require a minimum of 72 hours to re-arrange your appointment in order to avoid losing your deposit. More than one re-scheduling will require a new deposit.
- This booking is valid for the design discussed and noted in the diary. If you wish to change your design idea, you will be required to re-book with a new deposit.
- If you fail to attend your appointment without having contacted the studio to cancel (a ‘No-Show’) your deposit will be lost and any future tattoo bookings that we have in the diary for you will automatically be cancelled.
- We require a deposit for each session that you book. This means that for larger pieces, you can either book multiple sessions straight away with a deposit for each one or you can book one session and then book your next when that one is finished, carrying your deposit over.
- Your deposit will come off the cost of your tattoo on the day unless you are carrying it over to a new tattoo booking.
- Whilst we can accept vouchers as tattoo deposits, in the event of a no-show or cancellation, the full amount of your voucher used will be forfeit.
- Repeat No-Shows/Cancellations may be required to pay for future bookings up front.
- You will receive your design approximately 24 hours ahead of your appointment. All of the tattoos created at Heart & Arrow are designed up custom. This means that our tattoo artist’s workload does not allow for them to send designs out earlier than this time frame.
- In booking your appointment and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
